This project consisted of installing all new hydraulic services to the new  C wing extension, at 'Beauaraba Living'  Aged Care facility. The new wing includes 26 brand new bedrooms with ensuites, a kitchen area and a new stand-alone maintenance shed. Considerable upgrades to the complex’s existing fire hydrant and LPG gas systems were also completed to accommodate the new wing.

This project was the winner of the Community Accommodation for Aged Care and Nursing Homes division, at the 2015 Master Builders Queensland awards.
