A four storey apartment building comprising of eleven self contained 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Centrally located between St Vincent's Hospital and Toowoomba Grammar School.
Included is an underground basement carpark, including both a sewer and stormwater pump station.
This project includes a water main and sewer main upgrade which Chris Buckley Plumbing, had to liaise extensively with Toowoomba Regional Council, to ensure minimal effect on the construction and the wider community.
Challenges associated with this project, were the tight building footprint and the magnitude of traffic in the area, being located near numerous medical providers, St Vincent's Hospital and Toowoomba Grammar school. Works had to be carefully orchestrated as to not disturb the operations of the hospital or Scott Street medical center and medical providers in the area.
Another challenge was delivering the project on time for the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers 2019. Mission accomplished.
This project was voted best Tourism and Leisure facility up to $10 Million at the 2020 Downs and Western Master Builders Awards.
