4 Storey Apartment building comprising of 11 Total self contained 1,2 and 3 Bedroom apartments centrally located between St Vincents Hospital and Toowoomba Grammar School.
Underground basement carpark including both a sewer and stormwater pump station.
This project included a water main and sewer main upgrade which Chris Buckley Plumbing had to Liase extensively with Toowoomba Regional Council to ensure minimal effect on construction and the wider community.
Challenges associated with this project where the tight building footprint and the large flow of traffic related to the proximity to numerous major medical providers and a major Toowoomba private school, works had to be undertaken in a manner as to not disturb the operations of the hospital or the Scott Street medical centre just up the road.
Another challenge was the delivery timeline to coincide with opening in time for the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers 2019.
This project was voted best Tourism and Leisure facility up to $10 Million at the 2020 Downs and Western Master Builders Awards.
